Guests are eligible to receive clothing every six months (spring/summer and fall/winter appointments). You must bring your identification and Social Security or Medicaid cards for your children. Guests meet with a Direct Response Servant (DRS) to have their needs assessed and schedule a clothing appointment. Every effort is made to schedule a clothing appointment on the same day that a guest meets with a DRS. We do not schedule clothing appointments on Mondays because we reserve that day to replenish with new donations.
Guests 18 years of age and older are considered adults and must see a DRS with their request. Wives/husbands are welcome to “shop” for their spouse. However, boyfriends/girlfriends need to schedule their clothing appointments individually.
If clothing does not fit, it may be exchanged. Guests are not charged for the items that they receive.
