Guests are eligible to receive clothing every six months (spring/summer and fall/winter appointments). You must bring your identification and Social Security or Medicaid cards for your children. Guests meet with a Direct Response Servant (DRS) to have their needs assessed and schedule a clothing appointment. Every effort is made to schedule a clothing appointment on the same day that a guest meets with a DRS. We do not schedule clothing appointments on Fridays because we reserve that day to replenish with new donations.

Guests 18 years of age and older are considered adults and must see a DRS with their request. Wives and husbands are welcome to “shop” for their spouse. However, boyfriends and girlfriends need to schedule their clothing appointments individually.

All items received by are guests are FREE of charge.
